An Oddly Compelling Six Minutes

I ran across this video today, by an Englishman who, it turns out, records videos on various transit- or architectural-related things in London (I think just London, don't quote me on that), and I found this one, which is of him walking through a tunnel that is technically open to pedestrians, but maybe shouldn't be, to be oddly compelling.

What do you think?

  1. I watched with the sound off because work is going on around here and I'm sure that played a part but my reaction was DUDE ARE YOU OUT OF YOUR MIND. Most of the cars coming at him had their tires on or over the line into his narrow walking lane. I get that it's tight in there, but given a choice between the other side where nobody's coming at them vs where a pedestrian is...!

Not to mention his being exposed to all the fumes a lot more directly and for a lot longer than the people in the cars.

Nope nope nope not taking in that particular tourist attraction myself. Although I do love a brisk walk.
