I've probably put this up before, but this is from the last time I dressed up for Halloween, in 2014.
(I was trying not to laugh, which explains the face I was making.)Honestly, I haven't worn the costume since, and it's on a shelf in the closet; I should probably pass that on to someone who wants it. It's good quality, but I think my dressing-up days are done.
Do you dress up? Have kids that do? Or celebrate by buying half-price candy on November 1?
I used to wear my Star Trek uniform shirt with black leggings but am too lazy this year. :) Love the costume!
ReplyDeleteThat would be a good one!
DeleteI would happily give that costume a new home, depending on the size!!
ReplyDeleteWe'll talk!
DeleteOh gosh, you look so cute.
ReplyDeleteI haven't dressed up for Halloween since about 1990. Our English department dressed as literary characters, and I was a character in a Poe story.
Thank you! I haven't read much Poe, so unless you were the raven, or possible a tell-tale heart (now that would be a challenging costume), I don't know what you were. But it sounds fun!
DeleteYou look fabulous in that!
ReplyDeleteI have a vest that is sequins sewn painstakingly onto silk in a stained-glass pattern of jewel tones surrounded by black. Someone surely paid a fortune for it some long time ago; I thrifted it for $10 inc shipping. But Halloween is the only time I could wear something quite so, so... I dunno, Hollywoodish?
It sounds like an outfit that needs a costume party to do it justice.
