Mostly good

I am happy to report that I didn't have to work OT tonight, my boss agreeing with the premise that while my work is in good shape, it doesn't seem necessary.

Because of that, I was able to not only go to stitch and bitch (after missing three weeks!), but stay for more than half an hour. This was good! It was nice to hang out with like-minded folk and just knit.

The full story will have to wait (maybe tomorrow), but I went to visit several adoptable cats yesterday (maybe, maybe), and am seeing another tomorrow. Project Friend For Harold is moving forward.

And speaking of Harold, the little furface acts as desperate for love as if I've been out all day and was out much of yesterday.
