I was leaving the office this afternoon and Lindsay indicated that she would like to come out. I decided to see what happened, so I let her. She walked right up to Harold, who was rather surprised (tail at half-fluff), and they sniffed noses. Harold said plaintively, "hiss", and retreated. Lindsay allowed herself to be returned to the office, and shortly thereafter, Harold slept on my arm for comfort.
And another step closer...
Oh my gosh! What a cutie, I am so happy for you guys!!! I personally have always been fortunate to get lovely lap cats and still clearly remember bringing home my first cat. She was a wild cat, found on the highway she wasn't a cute little kitten and wasn't really sure how she felt about living with us people. Why am I telling you all this, because after a while she was always purring and cuddling. She had a purr box my dad said, so happy. I think it's wonderful you are giving all of you time to adjust, and can't wait to read more about it.
ReplyDeletePS Sorry for the novella.
