I am home.
My travel yesterday was delayed, so I dragged through the door at 11 PM after a 14-hour travel day: two cars, three airports, two planes, and a shuttle.
I'm beyond exhausted.
But I'm home! It was a fun trip, return notwithstanding.
I'm giving Past Me a huge pat on the back for being smart enough to take a vacation day today. Well done, Past Me, wicked smart.

Smart indeed to take that extra day! I did so when I traveled internationally but actually needed a week to recover from the time change.

DeleteYay to Past You! Very smart. One never knows, and having to work after coming home is always crummy. I’d rather sleep in, do my laundry, and figure out the food situation.

That photo is making me miss New England hard, especially this time of year. Look at those reds! Look at that building! They don't build with brick here because it crumbles in earthquakes.
